Lombardia Immobili d’Impresa was founded in 1981 when thousands of small and medium businesses were developing in Italy beside large enterprises. The company was established to provide real estate services granting a dedicated point of reference suitable to help during the demanding search for new offices and industrial facilities.
Since then the small and medium companies have become the main player of the current made in Italy and Lombardia Immobili d’Impresa has grown with them thanks to a constant updating of the services provided in line with the needs of a more challenging economical environment.
During thirty-years activity in consulting, Lombardia Immobili d’Impresa met the requirements of local, national and multinational companies for real estates services with reference to small workshops and large plants, single offices and executive corporate buildings, logistics platform and factory outlet centres in different areas and in different business sectors.
